Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to our company's values and policies.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle.
- Experience in a similar setting, with a minimum of 3 months preferred.
- QCF Level 3 Children & Young People qualification or equivalent (preferred).
- Energetic and fast-paced environment.
