We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team at IT Stars Recruitment. As an integral part of our client's consulting team, you will be focused on delivering and maintaining a range of solutions to their clients, combining technical and consultancy skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, customization & configuration of cloud-based enterprise solutions built upon our client's products.
- Technical requirements capture & ensuring joint understanding in client workshops.
- Managing the workflow of service requests.
- Client support to troubleshoot issues with enterprise solutions involving our clients' products.
- Training and certifying client IT teams in the installation and maintenance of our clients' products.
Requirements
- An interest in deploying & administering client solutions, as well as managing configuration changes.
- Technical ability and an enthusiasm for technical challenges.
- A desire and ability to learn quickly and apply complex new technologies.
- An ability to communicate technical information in a client-friendly way.
- An understanding of the importance of process.
- A tendency to seek opportunities for greater automation.
- A willingness to learn about technologies including Kubernetes, VMWare & SQL relational DBs.
What We Offer
This role would suit a Junior Cloud-based Engineer / Junior DevOps or a candidate that has an interest in or has worked in this field. Candidates MUST be degree educated.
