About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Effectiveness Analyst to drive the adoption of a global Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) solution, develop a tailored marketing effectiveness framework, and work collaboratively with international markets to optimize media and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of a global MMM solution and help countries apply and interpret its results.
  • Design and roll out a customized framework for marketing effectiveness and provide ongoing support for its adoption in different markets.
  • Create a structured marketing test and learn program to assess the impact of changes to media and marketing plans.
  • Work with 10 international markets to enhance media performance across all online and offline channels.
Requirements
  • Experience in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and program deployment.
  • Expertise in marketing measurement and effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including advertising, promotion, pricing, sales data, and media planning and buying.
