About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team and work with children in care and care leavers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the needs of this vulnerable population and be able to provide high-quality support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services to children in care and care leavers
- Assess and address the needs of children and young people
- Develop and implement care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes
