Job Title: Product Management Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Director to join our team at Proximity Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the product management division and developing a portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the strategy for new product and product improvement introduction
  • Conduct robust end-to-end commercial assessments for projects
  • Sponsor and participate in agreed project teams
  • Perform lifecycle analysis and reconcile current product performance
  • Develop future product roadmaps
  • Manage the product portfolio, working with commercial colleagues to track performance
  • Understand current and anticipated market dynamics for the product portfolio
  • Identify and anticipate market opportunities and challenges
  • Develop and deliver product enhancements and development

Requirements:

  • Background in product management within construction, manufacturing, or building products
  • Experience in leading a team and developing a portfolio of products
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to conduct end-to-end commercial assessments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
