Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our client's Wills and Probate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as experience in probate matters, including tax and trusts.

The successful candidate will inherit a thriving caseload and receive administrative support from an experienced full-time Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a role where you can utilize your skills and experience to provide high-quality advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Probate matters, including tax and trusts
  • Dealing with elderly clients and mental health matters
  • Court of Protection and Public Guardian matters
  • Dealing with discretionary and nil rate band trusts
  • Undertaking home, hospital, and residential care home visits
