About the Role

We are seeking an experienced customer-facing professional to join our team as a Senior Area Supervisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our customers through the purchase journey, completing appraisals on cars, handling important documents, and processing customer payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the customer through the purchase journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Complete appraisals on cars, handling important documents and processing customer payments.
  • Assist the Regional Manager in driving performance and ensuring smooth running of the region.
  • Identify support and coaching needs of colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
  • Report any potential threats to the business to your Divisional Manager.
  • Ensure diaries/rotas are set up as per company instructions.
Requirements
  • A current full UK manual driving license.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
