About the Role

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with our Customer Experience Team Leader and collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the customer experience during the booking process
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, competitors, and market trends
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to clients
  • Ensure prompt answering of phone calls and emails in line with agreed SLAs
  • Bookings to be taken over the phone where necessary, with customers directed to the booking system to make payment
