Customer Service Apprentice Role

As a Customer Service Apprentice at Camp Beaumont Day Camps, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service and work towards a Level 3 award. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and tracking customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experiences, taking ownership of the customer experience during the booking process, and developing an in-depth knowledge of our products and services. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner, and ensuring prompt movement of customer bookings in line with our Terms and Conditions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Take ownership of the customer experience during the booking process.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to customers.
  • Ensure prompt answering of phone calls and emails in line with agreed SLA's.
  • Movement of customer bookings in line with our Terms and Conditions.
