- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on industry developments and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with other company sites, contributing to the development of a cohesive and effective logistics team.
- Personal Development: Continuously work on personal development and performance, ensuring that you are equipped to meet the demands of the role and contribute to the success of the company.
- Basic Numeracy and English: Possess basic numeracy and English language skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex logistical information.
- Warehouse Management Systems: Have strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and planning tools, with experience using various computer systems and software.
- Shift Pattern: Be able to work a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (days), with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
