Warehouse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
The Warehouse Coordinator position at SPIROL is a dynamic role that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Sorting and Processing:
The individual will be responsible for sorting and processing goods, including the use of manual and automatic sorters, and ensuring that all products are accurately labeled and stored.
Heat Treatment:
The candidate will also be responsible for heat treating products as assigned, in compliance with all relevant procedures and regulations.
Packing and Shipping:
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for packing and preparing goods for shipment, including the use of automated equipment and ensuring that all products are accurately labeled and packaged.
General Duties:
The role will also involve general duties, including the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- To ensure the correct setting of the various bowl types, manual and automatic, are set in accordance to procedures and work instructions.
- Responsible for the removal of all damaged and defective product.
- To ensure all routing stages are booked through Trancollector.
- To operate the department equipment, processing the components.
- To monitor and maintain records of all process conditions as laid out in the works instructions.
- Packing of finished product according to packing instructions, box sizes and box quantities.
- Location of packed goods into the stores.
- Picking of product from the stores ready for dispatch.
- Preparation of goods for dispatch and loading of goods for dispatch.
- Ensuring that all goods are placed in collection area for external carriers.
- Moving raw material to location and booking into system.
- Stock control through cycle checking of both finished goods and raw material.
- Receiving sub contract work, performing inspection as required and distribution to appropriate areas for further processing.
- To receive WIP product from the various production area's within the factory and store within the designated area. To ensure all cosmetic products are clean and all testing has been carried out. Processing these parts through the scrap separator and sorting operations.
- To maintain the work areas that you work within to the highest possible standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested.
