Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Engagement Specialist to enhance our service delivery and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to all clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage appointment scheduling to optimize both sales and service opportunities.
  • Analyze the customer database to identify potential appointment opportunities and improve clinic performance.
  • Conduct personalized welcome calls to both new and existing clients to enhance attendance and drive revenue.
  • Actively contribute to revenue generation by coordinating appointments and promoting relevant products.
  • Foster relationships with current and prospective clients to present suitable promotions and solutions.
  • Maintain the store's appearance in accordance with company standards, including visual merchandising and cleanliness.
  • Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability.

You should possess:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including basic knowledge of Outlook and Teams, with experience in appointment systems preferred.
