Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Housekeeping Associates to become part of the SoulCycle family.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility and equipment while delivering exceptional service to all members and guests.
  • Ensure that all entrance areas and common spaces are welcoming and presentable.
  • Keep locker rooms clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Organize and maintain storage, laundry, and equipment areas.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of towels is available throughout the facility.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on all equipment.
  • Manage the receipt and storage of deliveries.
  • Assist with special events as needed.
  • Alert the Housekeeping Manager regarding any urgent maintenance needs.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience, skills, and qualifications:

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
  • A clear understanding of maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Previous experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly desirable.
  • Ability to service fitness equipment and familiarity with cleaning products and tools.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
