Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Oversee and manage daily on-site activities related to highways and public realm improvements.
- Quality Control: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with design specifications, health and safety regulations, and project plans.
- Site Set-up: Set out works, including drainage, pavements, and structures, ensuring accuracy in line with project requirements.
- Resource Management: Monitor progress of works, manage site resources, and liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Inspections and Quality Assurance: Coordinate and manage site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project.
- Troubleshooting: Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any engineering-related issues on-site.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Proven experience in highways, public realm, or infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
