Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Trend Identification: Identify emerging technology trends and drive innovation to support business strategies, aligning IT architecture with overall business goals.
  • Strategic Technology Advisory: Serve as a key advisor to senior management on strategic technology decisions with significant commercial implications.
  • Risk Mitigation and Integration: Mitigate system risks, ensure consistency and integration across IT systems, and lead the organization through the adoption of new technologies, focusing on their commercial impact.
  • Technology Landscape Assessment: Assess the current technology landscape, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop a roadmap for optimizing and modernizing the technology infrastructure.
  • Strategic Program Leadership: Lead the strategic program, ensuring systems and applications are aligned with industry best practices, scalable, secure, and capable of supporting business growth and innovation.
  • Digital Platform Evaluation: Evaluate and select digital platforms, oversee the integration of new technologies, and ensure a resilient and secure digital architecture.
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Actively manage vendor relationships to drive value and align with commercial objectives, including evaluating vendor solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring delivery commitments are met.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Work closely with procurement to identify and onboard vendors that contribute to the technology strategy and deliver superior commercial outcomes.
