Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our client, a globally recognized luxury food and beverage company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales and retail operations of the store, including people management and boutique operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines on quality of presentation and operation
  • Enhance staff customer service and selling techniques
  • Prepare sales analysis and forecasts for management review
  • Responsible for staffing rotas and F&B operations
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and resolve operational issues
  • Implement and enforce retail operations manual and company policies
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and compliance with company guidelines
  • Monitor and coach sales team performance to identify sales opportunities and manage customer services
  • Identify and develop high-potential staff for future talent pool
  • Motivate and drive retail teams to build team spirit and positive working environment

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years at managerial level in luxury goods or high-end retail
  • Target-oriented and client-focused
  • Strategic thinking, well-organized, and able to work well under pressure
  • Capability to drive results and deliver excellence
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about the luxury industry
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
