About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our temporary division. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide a safe and nurturing environment for service users.
  • Support the emotional wellbeing of children and young people, promoting their autonomy and decision-making skills.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring the needs of service users are met.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
  • A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or Children and Young People's Workforce is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • You must be an empathetic and non-judgmental individual with a calm and composed demeanor.
  • A dedicated and committed approach is essential, with a 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond.
