As an HGV Class 1 Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting thorough pre and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with road safety standards.
  • Executing trunking operations between various depots, including trailer exchanges at designated locations.
  • Adhering to established operational protocols and procedures.
  • Upholding high standards of driving performance on the road.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience holding a Category CE license (with at least 6 months of verifiable driving experience).
  • A valid UK driving license, digital tachograph card, and CPC Driver Qualification Card.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • A clean driving record with minimal infringements.

Compensation:
We offer competitive hourly rates with additional pay for overtime, weekend shifts, and public holidays. The pay structure is as follows:
