About the RoleWe're seeking a talented Retail Sales Designer to join our team in the Stoke Showroom. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, creating inspiring kitchen and bedroom designs, and managing the customer journey from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities:- Inspire customers with creative kitchen and bedroom designs that drive sales
- Promote additional products and services, including financial options and installation
- Follow up customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure customers enjoy a seamless and world-class experience
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date order bank, staying in touch with each customer
- World-class training on products, systems, and sales processes

We're looking for a target-driven, proactive individual with a creative mindset and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous experience working to sales targets in a retail environment is desirable, but not essential. You'll be available to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
