About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Resolute Recruitment. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the powered access industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a targeted contact schedule and development strategy to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director and Sales Support Teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide accurate and effective product knowledge to customers to assist with machine selection, quotations, and pricing agreements.
  • Manage and complete sales reports on a weekly basis, providing commentary and forecast information.
  • Responsible for devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets.
Requirements
  • Experience within the hire market is essential.
  • Experience with powered access sales management would be beneficial.
  • Attention to detail and reliability are essential for this role.
  • A clean UK driving license is required.
  • Good MS Office and computer literacy skills are necessary.
  • A high level of tenacity, drive, and motivation to deliver impressive results is required.
