About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions, a leading social care provider in England and Wales. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  • Support individuals to access community resources and activities, promoting social inclusion and participation.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
