IBuild Manager

As a key member of the Inotiv team, the IBuild Manager will be responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality services to RMS Services customers, tenants, licensees, and facility management customers.

• Line Management: Utilize leadership skills to delegate tasks, establish and execute against tenant communication strategies, and serve as the focal point of contact for Hillcrest UK tenants related to contract management and business development.
• Contractual Compliance: Manage contracts for tenants, licensees, and facility management customers, ensuring contractual compliance and coordinating with site operations, facilities, business support services, and management as needed.
• Quality of Service: Provide and analyze KPIs, proactively manage performance, and ensure consistent delivery of services to a high standard.
• Profitability: Contribute to revenue and cost budgetary objectives for RMS Services, responsible for accurate and timely invoicing of rental income, products, and services to tenants and licensees.
• Business Development: Serve as a subject matter expert for Inotiv CRADL Services, ensuring the growth of Inotiv CRADL Services, building customer engagement, and understanding the scientific, operational, and regulatory compliance needs of tenants, licensees, and facility management customers.

• 5-8 years' experience in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Commercial/customer-facing role in the life science industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience of the laboratory animal research industry, including regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proficient with advanced skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of business-related processes/procedures terminology and compliance.
• Experience using Information Management/Project Management Systems.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with demonstrable leadership capabilities and the ability to develop and foster a positive and productive team environment.
