About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Environmental Monitoring Specialist to join our Sampling team at Wessex Water. As an Environmental Monitoring Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our water and wastewater services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regulatory wastewater sampling for trade effluent and other survey work.
- Travel to different sites across the South and West of our region to collect samples and conduct site assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with industry regulations and provide high-quality service to our customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with traders and other stakeholders to ensure effective sampling and survey work.
Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English, maths, and a science as a minimum.
- Computer literacy in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A full clean driving licence is essential due to the need to travel to sites across the region.
