We are excited to announce a part-time opportunity within our Marketing and Communications division for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Coordinator based in our Newcastle or London office.
In this dynamic position, you will play a key role in partnering with the CSR employee resource group/committee, the branding team, and senior leadership to orchestrate the formulation and execution of a comprehensive CSR strategy.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
Engaging StakeholdersFacilitating participation in CSR initiatives, fostering long-term learning and development to integrate CSR into the skill set of all employees.
Persuasion and InfluenceCultivating support for the CSR mission by effectively persuading and motivating others. Demonstrating an understanding of diverse perspectives to influence acceptance and behavior change, enabling voluntary participation in CSR initiatives.
Operational ManagementEnsuring the achievement of CSR strategy objectives by collaborating with various internal teams (marketing & communications, human resources) to align with the organization's goals.
Planning and coordinating events, activities, and resources. Establishing and monitoring timelines and plans, particularly bringing the CSR strategy to life through personal interactions, organizing CSR events, and linking ongoing activities to CSR objectives.
Data AnalysisCollecting data, assessing issues, and breaking them down into manageable components. Making systematic and informed judgments regarding the success of CSR initiatives based on relevant data.
Ideally, you will possess:
Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Prior experience in CSR within a corporate setting Knowledge in sustainability and corporate social responsibility Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects Skills to establish mechanisms and strategies for employee engagement. Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate the organization's interactions with charities and stakeholders.
