About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Leader to join our team at the Centre for Educational Leadership. As a Programme Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing specific areas of our Early Teacher Development programme, including programme design, delivery, quality assurance, and supporting regional Teaching School Hubs.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective programme management systems and processes, and will have strategic responsibility for specific areas of the programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of our Early Teacher Development programme.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a successful career as a school leader with a demonstrable knowledge of current teacher and leadership development models and leadership policy and practices. You will be able to demonstrate how your skills and experience meet each of the criteria outlined in the person specification.

We are looking for someone who is creative, motivated, and solution-focused, with a track record of successful leadership and management experience. You will be able to work flexibly across our portfolio of leadership and consultancy programmes as needed, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
