Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Work Health Programme team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Employment Coaches, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Employment Coaches, providing coaching and mentoring to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to achieve their goals.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • High level of digital literacy, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications and web-based communication technologies.
