Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives
    • Design and create engaging email content that resonates with our target audience
    • Optimize email campaigns for improved open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
  • Automation and CRM
    • Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
    • Set up and execute marketing automation workflows to streamline email campaigns
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide regular reporting on email metrics and campaign performance
    • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
    • Provide regular updates on campaign progress and results

  • Proven experience in email marketing and CRM management
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and email marketing best practices
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
