Service Workshop Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Workshop Controller at Porsche Centre Leicester. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the workflow of the service department, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Provide technical expertise and support to colleagues, ensuring that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaborate with the service team to achieve targets and improve overall performance.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and technical updates to ensure the highest level of technical expertise.
