Service Workshop Manager

With a new workshop and increased used car volume, we have an exciting opportunity available for a skilled Workshop Controller to join our team at Porsche Centre Leicester.
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individual who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills as well as technical expertise.
As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop, managing our team, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Our dealerships boast state-of-the-art facilities, equipment, and technology in workshops, which are safe, friendly, and clean. We are committed to ensuring our colleagues have a safe environment to operate in and provide all necessary PPE.
About You
You will be a team-player who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where there are set processes and procedures. Experience is essential.
