We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Consultant to join our team at Archaeological Research Services Ltd. As a key member of our Consultancy team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality consultancy services to our clients.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the field of archaeological research and consultancy. As a Senior Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, developing and maintaining client relationships, and providing expert advice on heritage and archaeological matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on heritage and archaeological matters, including desk-based assessments, environmental statement chapters, setting studies, and heritage statements.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.
- Contribute to the development of the consultancy service, generating new business opportunities and winning new work.
- Participate in training and development initiatives, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality consultancy services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert advice on complex heritage and archaeological matters.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff members.
