KYN HURLINGHAM is our upcoming facility, designed to offer 32 elegant and comfortable bedrooms, along with inviting communal spaces for dining and relaxation. We are also expanding with additional care homes in London.

Role Overview

As a Hospitality Server, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef in fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere while consistently delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents and their families.
  • Providing room service, restaurant, and bar service to residents and guests, adhering to KYN's high standards, including meal tray preparation, beverage delivery, and post-meal tray collection.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and best practices at all times, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Accommodating residents' and relatives' dietary preferences and requirements.
  • Promptly reporting any concerns to the Head Chef or Hospitality Manager.
  • Strictly following all regulations regarding food and beverage service.
  • Creating a nurturing environment where residents and their families feel valued, happy, and secure.
  • Serving alcohol responsibly and in accordance with licensing terms.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in a similar hospitality role is essential.
  • A professional demeanor with a commitment to maintaining high standards in a safe and compliant environment.
  • Strong communication skills, a cooperative attitude, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while remaining flexible and consistent.
  • Trustworthy, caring, adaptable, friendly, and patient, with a continuous drive for excellence.
  • Must be over 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
