We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at GCB Agency Recruitment Ltd. Our client is a successful independent agency that has been operating in the London area for over 30 years, providing an honest and friendly service to their clients.

The successful Property Manager will be responsible for:

  • Conducting property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Raising job sheets for contractors and managing the workflow.
  • Entering invoices and managing the financial aspects of the role.
  • Signing off jobs and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Dealing with customer queries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Organizing PAT tests, Gas Certs, and EICRs to ensure that all properties are safe and compliant.
  • Managing HMO monthly checks to ensure that all properties are up to date and compliant.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in London.
  • Full driving license.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Word, and Excel.

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm.
