Sales and Lettings Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Lettings Administrator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales and Lettings Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our busy Sales and Lettings operation.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
• Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
• Assist with sales administration duties, including typing property particulars and confirming sales in writing
• Liaise with clients, sales teams, and third-party providers to ensure smooth transactions
• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
• Previous experience in a sales or lettings administration role is an advantage

• A competitive salary of £20,000 - £28,000 per annum
• A Monday to Friday working schedule with occasional Saturdays
