Job Title: Tallyman Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Tallyman team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all projects and programmes being delivered across the Core Platforms of Tallyman.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain plans from Product Owner roadmaps and manage Kanban boards.
  • Establish and drive delivery disciplines, cadence, and standards for feature teams.
  • Own issues and blockers status and resolution, and identify and manage risks facing feature teams.
  • Own delivery status reports and accuracy of facts.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including running RFPs and contract management.
  • Control financial and resource forecasts and actuals to budget.
  • Ensure overall responsibility for delivering products to time, cost, and quality.

Essential Skills:

  • Effectively provide change management and project management expertise to change projects.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and practical experience managing sprint-based deliveries.
  • Expertise in change management methods and tools, particularly the Change Management change management method and toolkit.
  • Understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and value-add of Client Change Management.
  • Influencing and networking skills to develop internal and external business relationships.
  • Analysis, creativity, and innovation skills to apply practical solutions to business-critical problems.
  • Understanding of the interface between complex business needs and the complex legal and regulatory environment.
  • Ability to juggle priorities, multitask, and flawlessly execute at speed.
  • Sound commercial judgment and overall understanding of the Financial Services Industry.
