Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably within the interior design or home improvement sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Knowledge of interior design trends and products, with the ability to advise customers on their needs.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with stock management and retail processes, including inventory management and ordering.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
