About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our home store team in Crawley. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and taking full responsibility in their absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
  • Take full responsibility in the Store Manager's absence
  • Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey
  • Contribute to the success of the store by achieving targets, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, and maximising sales through physical and digital channels
  • Support with the recruitment and development of volunteers
  • Achieve expectations within campaign activities
  • Work with the manager to generate stock
