Site Maintenance Officer

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a skilled Site Maintenance Officer to join their team. As a Site Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the care home's facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and health and safety management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Undertake remedial work and liaise with external contractors as needed
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failure
- Collaborate with the Home Manager to set and achieve maintenance goals
