Within your new role as HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to managers and staff. You will be responsible for managing complex employee relations cases, supporting the implementation of the people strategy, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you will drive forward operational performance, ensuring the organisation's values are at the forefront of what they do.
Main Responsibilities- Employee Relations Management: Manage end-to-end complex Employee Relations casework, including organisational changes and restructures.
- HR Advisory Services: Provide up-to-date advice and guidance to management on HR-related matters.
- Absence Management: Develop and implement effective absence management strategies to minimize absenteeism.
- HR Project Work: Support the implementation of HR-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Coaching & Training: Provide coaching and training to employees on HR-related topics, including employment laws and best practices.
- Experience: Significant experience in a similar HR role, particularly in managing complex employee relations cases.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Skills: Strong consultation, negotiation, and mediation skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Personal Qualities: Team-oriented collaborator, capable of independent work and leading initiatives, with strong ethical standards, committed to fairness, equity, and diversity.
