Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of production operators to achieve high-quality production standards.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and control production costs, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including production planning, quality assurance, and maintenance teams.
- Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
