SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable Primary School in Oxford. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of complex needs and be able to provide high-quality support to students with Autism, ADHD, and social/emotional mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons
  • Support students with personal care and physical disabilities
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement strategies for students with SEN

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification or degree in a relevant field
  • Experience working with students with SEN, particularly Autism and ADHD
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive daily rate of £83-£90
  • A one-year contract with the possibility of extension
