SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs in a vibrant and supportive school in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, ensuring their learning needs are met.
- Collaborate with class teachers and SEN coordinators to develop and implement tailored learning plans.
- Assist with classroom activities, small group interventions, and one-on-one support to promote students' confidence, independence, and social skills.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' emotional and academic growth.
- Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable, but not required.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting children's educational development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
