About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator to join our Moto Foundation team in Dunstable. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Foundation Manager across various areas of the charity, including fundraising, grants, and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive fundraising efforts at site level through compliance and participation
  • Provide general administration support, including ordering and packing fundraising materials
  • Conduct community grant research and reporting
  • Support fundraising events, including national challenge events and site events
  • Assist with communications, both internally and externally
  • Prepare slides and facilitate Board Meetings
  • Provide holiday cover for the charity office
Requirements
  • Experience working in the charity sector and/or motorway service areas
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Flexible approach to workload and ability to work autonomously
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to offer new ideas
