Job Title: Education Support Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team at Teach Now. As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children who may be falling behind in the curriculum, ensuring they receive the help they need to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide tailored support to students in Key Stage 2, particularly those needing extra help to catch up with the curriculum.
  • Support KS2 students in their preparation for SATs, helping them build confidence and achieve their best.
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
  • Monitor and record student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a Key Stage 2 setting.
  • A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' academic and personal growth.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or child development are desirable.
