Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Support Specialist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. This role will provide vital support to our pupils and young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of educational programs and activities, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide individualized support to pupils, helping them to overcome challenges and develop essential life skills.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies, promoting pupil engagement and progress.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and respectful school culture, fostering strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Requirements:
- Experience working with pupils with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting changing needs.
- Commitment to promoting pupil well-being, safety, and inclusion, with a strong focus on safeguarding and child protection.
