Job Summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a highly motivated and caring Wellbeing Personal Trainer to join our team at our Guildford FWC location. As a Wellbeing Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality inductions, health MOTs, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle
  • Deliver a range of sessions and consultations, including inductions and health MOTs
  • Carry out gym duties, including maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Enjoy clear career progression with opportunities to move into Wellbeing Lead and management roles

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above) and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be confident, outgoing, and approachable, with a natural ability to listen, understand, and explain things.
