Business Support Apprenticeship Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Commercial Portfolio Therapy area at Pfizer Limited, reporting into the Commercial Operations Director. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering continuous business and operational improvements across excellence in contracting and tendering, commercial execution, distribution, and supply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Contracts and Tendering team in implementing, tracking, and meeting commercial arrangements.
  • Develop and deliver commercial strategy improvements across various areas, including content development, data analysis, and process ownership.
  • Contribute to building a culture of wellbeing and promoting a culture of equity, excellence, and joy within the Therapy Area.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to generate creative and innovative ideas.
  • Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
Training and Development:

You will study towards a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification, delivered via blended learning (on-site and online delivery). Upon successful completion, you will be eligible to apply for other positions within the business.

  • A highly competitive salary of £16,000 per annum.
  • 25.5 days of holiday entitlement plus bank holidays.
  • A full-time position based out of our main Walton Oaks office, with the expectation of being in the office 2-3 days per week.
