In light of our growth and expansion, we are currently on the lookout for an outstanding Technical Sales Consultant to become a part of our Sales Team for the UK and Ireland.

This position will be pivotal in driving long-term sales goals on both national and international fronts.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to significantly influence the growth of a leading brand, receiving ample support and autonomy to excel.

Your responsibilities will encompass the technical and commercial dimensions of the sales process, focusing on sectors such as Health Care, Medical, Pharmaceuticals, and Consumer Goods.

By working closely with the Applications Engineering team, you will ensure that all Opportunity, Customer, and Contact data is accurately maintained in our CRM system, while also negotiating and finalizing deals, alongside managing ongoing customer relationships.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following professional and competency-based attributes:

  • Proven strategic commercial insight and motivation
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-value capital equipment sales
Key Responsibilities of the Technical Sales Consultant:

Oversee the sales process and develop compelling value propositions to maximize the success of our proposals.

  • Engage proactively with customer personnel to establish trust and become a recognized supplier for automation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic Key Account plans.
  • Provide commercial leadership to project teams during implementation phases.
  • Prepare detailed quotations for each tender to effectively communicate our complete scope of supply, project lifecycle, and commercial stance.
  • Network with key supplier partners.
  • Collaborate as part of a cohesive and agile team, demonstrating respect, integrity, trust, and excellence in all interactions with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Continuously assess our competitive positioning.
