The successful candidate will have relevant office and administrative experience, including creating and managing administrative processes and databases. You will be responsible for daily management of our internal and external databases, weekly reporting to clients, and customer liaison relationships with live customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor our projects inbox
  • Understand, prepare, and upload customer quotations to portals
  • Create, issue, and chase customer acceptance forms
  • Assist Delivery Coordinator and Delivery Manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks

As a Delivery Administrator at All Seasons Energy, you will enjoy a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary of £23,800 per annum.
