Job Description

At Dragonfly People, we're seeking a seasoned Customer Lifecycle Manager to drive strategic growth and engagement with our credit card customer base.

This role requires a skilled professional who can develop and execute lifecycle management activities that foster customer loyalty and retention. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement targeted initiatives that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement customer lifecycle management strategies to drive engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted initiatives.
  • Analyze customer data to inform lifecycle management decisions and optimize customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of lifecycle management activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer lifecycle management, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and inform business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
