Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our Operational Finance Team at Eurocell, a leading manufacturer of uPVC products. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business's financial and management reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct financial appraisals and cost tracking of strategic initiatives, and prepare operational dashboards (KPIs) and commentary for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business Partnership: Act as a strategic business partner to the Site Leadership Team, providing financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Manufacturing Efficiency: Analyze and improve manufacturing efficiencies, production yield, and overhead cost absorption.
  • Continuous Improvement: Track and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives, and prepare CAPEX reports and monthly forecasts.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Strong academic qualifications, preferably CIMA or ACCA qualified accountant.
  • Experience: Proven experience working within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP systems, particularly production and financial modules, and a full UK driver's license.
